Helpful staff, lovely location, cosy atmosphere, delicious breakfasts.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We had no trouble finding parking, and the location was perfect, right next to the Thames River with a stunning view from the restaurant. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to catch a bus to Thorpe Park. There were also plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered great value for money.

The room size was spacious and the cooked breakfast was delicious. the location of the hotel was also great, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby.

The room was quite dirty, with cobwebs and crumbs on the carpet. the parking situation was a nightmare, with no available spaces in the hotel's car park and having to pay extra for parking next door.

Beautiful river view, friendly staff. Ideal location near shopping center. Decent size room with tea/coffee, hairdryer, trouser press and extra pillows. Effective heating with towel rail and convector heater available. Great base for Thorpe Park, only 8 minutes by car. Convenient 24-hour reception. Reasonable price.

The hotel is perfectly situated right on the River Thames, offering a stunning view for guests. It is conveniently located close to the local shopping centre, providing easy access to various amenities. the hotel is in the centre of Staines and is just a short walk away from the railway station, making it very convenient for transportation. The rooms are beautifully clean and well-maintained, with everything you need provided. The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with excellent shower facilities. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service to guests. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and cooked to order, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

There were some minor issues with the room keys not working properly, causing inconveniences for guests.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. I was impressed with the attention to detail in this hotel, from the comfy bed and pillows to the range of amenities provided in the room. The location of this hotel is perfect, just outside the town centre and right on the Thames riverside. The view from the back of the hotel, overlooking the rowing clubhouse, is simply stunning. The staff at this hotel were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The service we received was top-notch. I loved having a balcony overlooking the Thames, where we could sit and watch the world go by. The terrace was another great spot to relax and take in the views. The breakfast included in our stay was fantastic, with quality food and plenty of choices. Starting the day with a view of the river made it even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Staines-upon-Thames and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large TV. I was pleasantly surprised to find an iPod/iPhone connection, allowing me to play my own music. The bathroom was immaculate, and I appreciated the complimentary shampoos and shower gels. The hotel had a newly refurbished bar area that looked very inviting, although I didn't spend much time there. The location of the hotel, right on the Thames, was absolutely beautiful. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
